At Royal Peaks Inc. We pay attention to every detail through a rigorous job site checklist before, during, and at the completion of your job, allowing us to present you with a 15 year workmanship warranty. This allows all of customer to feel protected and assured that they will receive the service they deserve.
*Please note, warranty exists only on invoices paid in full. Every sloped roof installed by Royal Peaks Inc. is covered for any roof failure caused by a defective installation for a period 15 years from the date of installation. Exclusions include:
- Damage caused by third party installations or repair (this includes chimney, air conditioning, aerial repairs, etc.)
- Defects in the material or color variations
- Property damage due to natural causes; high force winds, ice damming or other outside agencies.
- Damage caused by animals
- Skylight repairs unless the skylights were replaced at the same time the roof was replaced.
- any satellite dish reception issues that may occur after the roof installation. We recommend the dish not be installed onto the shingles whenever possible.
We also provide a LIFETIME Manufacturers Warranty on shingles!
